Drummer originally from the city of San Luis Potosí, Mexico, is an outstanding experienced musician who began his artistic career at an early age as a singer in a choir, performing nationally and internationally. At the age of 15, he began his studies as a drummer, learning from the best performers and institutions in the field. After, he completed his development with studies of harmony and musical theory.
Throughout his artistic career, he has been part of a large number of musical groups of various styles ranging from Jazz ensembles to Rock, Pop, and versatile music groups. He has participated in the recording of albums and have had multiple live performances playing in the best venues, theaters, festivals, TV Shows appearances, nightclubs and touring. Committed to teaching music, he has been part of the teaching staff of several recognized academies and institutions. In the contingency period due to COVID, he developed an online course on Introduction to Drums in the "Contigo en la distancia" project sponsored by the “Centro Nacional de las Artes".
In 2022, he migrated to London ON, meeting and sharing with some of the best artists in the community. He is currently working with different local music projects for independent artists and working as a Drum Instructor at the Academy of Music London. Also, has done recording at JUKASA Media Group Studio and is being part of the roster of “Arrivance: A Journey of Resilience a documentary series being in process. For Hobbies, Ulises enjoys doing photography, video editing, 3d modeling and rendering for architectural purposes and practicing other musical instruments: piano, saxophone, electric guitar, and electric bass.
