Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Gustavo Romero is a self-taught artist specializing in realism such portraits, animals and landscapes using pencil/coloured pencils, acrylic, oil, and pastels. In the last 15 years, Gustavo has worked with the City of Mississauga and Dufferin Peel, and is currently working with Visual Arts of Mississauga, Credit Valley Seniors Centre, and other facilities as well as teaching private classes. He is very grateful to have fulfilled his dream of teaching art in Canada.
